So long 2021, Hello 2022! Our Year in Review
Here we are, officially at the end of another record-breaking year from market changes, COVID-19 variants, and shattering our personal goals. We do things a little differently as a boutique office. We’re a small team of four full-time agents run by a producing (and award-winning) real estate Broker, Lisa Blakemore.
So let’s take a look at all that happened this year from new team members to big numbers and even bigger intentions for next year…
Let’s take a look at our people.
Lisa was awarded the 2021 Distinguished Service by the Salt Lake Board of Realtors®.
Our team grew with two new agents joining us this year!
And they blew us away with their work ethic, big goals, and wonderful personalities. Blake joined in January of 2021 and had an incredible first year in the business. Fleet is our latest newcomer joining us only in November of 2021 but jumping right in and inviting people to her first client appreciation event just days later!
Lisa was featured in a women’s real estate roundtable in WHJ Magazine!
This was an incredible opportunity to get to talk about some key elements of the Park City and Summit/Wasatch County market and how things like the Great Resignation and the new airport are impacting the surrounding areas of the Salt Lake Valley. Read the full article by clicking here.
We kept learning and growing with two high-intensity self-development retreats!
Our team gathered together twice this year for two two-day retreats focused on better financial management (because if we can’t manage ours, we don’t deserve to manage yours!), better negotiation tactics (with role plays going over some hilarious real estate situations!), and goal setting to be the gold standard of the industry.
Let’s take a look at our numbers.
We did over $37,896,564 in total volume sales!
Beating last year by $3M! Despite being a small team, we serve a tremendous group of buyers, sellers, and investors both in and outside Utah. With every one of the 68 transactions completed this year, we gave our clients our blood, sweat, and tears (and papercuts). As a result, our little team generated over $1,000,000 in commissions between five agents.
We hosted three incredible client appreciation parties!
Don’t worry, the A+ party will be back in 2022! While keeping COVID-19 precautions front and center, we hosted some pretty incredible parties, including the Blakemore Garden Party in May, the Breakfast with the Birds event in August, and the signature Pumpkin Pie Pop By in November to kick off the holiday season.
Check out some of our photos from the events.
Despite an inventory shortage, we had 28 listings in 2021!
If you heard anything about the market last year, it was probably all about the 150+ offers on a single listing horror stories. (It really wasn’t that bad.) Despite the inventory shortage, we were honored to represent our clients by listing and selling their homes with less an 30 days average on the market. We thank them continually for their trust.

“Last year was remarkable but not without its challenges. However, as I watched members of this team interact with their clients and other industry professionals, I have rarely been more inspired by their kindness and true commitment to service. I’m deeply looking forward to the potentiality of 2022 for our clients, for our office, and for the market. Let’s keep things spicy!”

We’re honored, yet again, to have had a record-breaking year despite the pandemic and continue to help our Utah community reach their goals, build their wealth, and enhance their lifestyles through the power of home.
