This three-hour class, taught by Neal Jackman, covers the exact methodology and practice appraisers use when looking at a property. It will reveal exactly how Realtors® can better understand appraisers’ valuation process and criteria to assist with more accurate and market-ready pricing for their listings.

Meet Your Instructor

Neal Jackman has been a member of the Real Estate Profession since 1993, first serving as a Certified Appraiser and then as a sales agent and Broker. Neal has served on the Education Committee including a tour as Chairman, as well as a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. He is also a continuing education instructor and a pre-license instructor for both sales agents and broker licensees. He is currently a Principal Broker and enjoys the close working relationship this affords with both his agents and clients.
