We will introduce you to the Commercial Real Estate industry, and talk about the different types of  transactions, the players involved, and the documents you will use. The Commercial industry is similar to residential, but transactions are handled in a very different way.

Phil Dunn is an experienced commercial real estate investment specialist with over 30 years in the industry. He has acquired, leased, managed, developed or sold over 20 million square feet. He was one of the first executives to earn the ICSC Certified Development Professional designation and is a magna cum laude graduate of University of Utah. He leads a small team of agents that specialize in the acquisition, disposition and development of investment opportunities in land, retail, office, multi-family and industrial properties.
