Rick Silva is the owner of Utah Appraisal Solutions, a leading appraisal firm with offices in Park City, St. George, Salt Lake, and Davis County. With over 30 years of experience, he has built a reputation for expertise and integrity in the industry.

He is also the owner and majority partner of 369 Homes, focusing on real estate investment, development, and custom home building. Committed to strong relationships, he values his team, many of whom have been with the company for over a decade. Guided by the belief that “The quality of your life is directly related to the quality of your relationships,” he applies this philosophy to both business and personal life. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, yoga, daily dog walks, meditation, and time in the sauna.
